X linked recessive (Therefore only in males)

Eyes : Congenital Glaucoma , Congenital Cataract

Brain : Microcephaly , Mental Retardation

Kidneys : Fancony Syndrome (Generalized Proximal Tubular dysfunction)


 Note : 
Noramlly in Proximal tubule -

• Na , 
• HCO3 , 
• PO4 , 
• Amino acids and 
• Glucose 

are reabsorbed.
