 Hill Sachs lesion

True Hill Sachs lesion - Is seen as a depression in Postero-Lateral head of humerus ( at/above the level of coracoid )

• It is due to recurrent ANTERIOR dislocation of shoulder joint

Pseudo Hill Sachs lesion - Is seen as flattening in Postero-Lateral head of humerus ( below the level of the coracoid ) 

• It is a NORMAL variant in anatomy.

Reverse Hill Sachs Lesion -  Is seen as a depression in Antero-Medial head of humerus

• It is due to recurrent POSTERIOR dislocation of shoulder joint.
