GFR (mL/min/1.73 m2) = ( k × Height in cm) / Creatinine in mg/dL
Creatinine value depends on

1. Method of calculation : Jaffe's reaction ; Enzyme assay (best) 
2. Muscle mass

k is a constant that depends on age.

Thus GFR will depend on :

1. Age
2. Height
3. Muscle mass
4. Method of calculating creatinine.
